FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your question? Feel free to give us a call.

+43 662 123 45 67
Do I need a referral?

No. As we accept all public insurers, you can come directly with your e-card – no referral needed.

How often should I have a skin cancer screening?

Once a year is enough for most adults. With many moles or a family history we recommend more frequent checks.

How do I prepare for a skin check?

Please come without make-up or nail polish and bring your medication list. Avoid self-tanner for a few days beforehand.

Does insurance cover aesthetic treatments?

No. Laser and aesthetic treatments are private services. You will receive a written cost estimate in advance.

How it works

Your treatment in four steps

  1. Step 1

    Book an appointment

By phone or email – suspicious moles are seen at short notice.

  2. Step 2

    Consultation

We discuss your symptoms, medical history, medication and skincare routine.

  3. Step 3

    Examination

A thorough skin examination, with dermatoscope, swab or allergy test if needed.

  4. Step 4

    Treatment plan

Clear advice, a written care plan and – if needed – a fixed follow-up appointment.
