About us

Treating causes, not just symptoms

After training at FH Campus Wien I spent eight years in the orthopaedic department of a Vienna hospital – with patients before and after hip, knee and spinal surgery. In 2017 I opened my own practice in Neubau.

Back and neck pain rarely has just one cause. That's why I look at how you sit, walk, lift and sleep – and together we build a programme that fits into your everyday life.

The practice is on the ground floor, fully accessible and just a two-minute walk from the U3 station Neubaugasse.

Our approach

How we work

Hands-on where it helps – and as much active movement as possible. Our goal is for you to stop needing us as soon as possible.

  • Thorough assessment

We test mobility, strength and nerves and look at your daily routine – only then do we treat.

  • Manual therapy

Targeted mobilisation and soft tissue techniques ease pain and make movement possible again.

  • Active exercise

Strength and stability exercises that suit your body – with videos for home.

  • Understanding, not fear

We explain what's behind your pain – because people who understand their body move with more confidence.

Movement is usually not the problem – it's part of the solution.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your question? Feel free to give us a call.

+43 1 523 45 67
Do I need a doctor's referral?

For a refund, yes. Your GP, orthopaedic specialist or the hospital issues the referral. You can also come to us without one and pay privately.

How does the refund work?

Depending on your insurer, you have the referral approved before therapy starts. After the course you submit our invoice with proof of payment – for ÖGK this also works online via meineSV.

What should I bring?

Your referral, e-card, any findings you have (X-ray, MRI, surgery report) and comfortable clothes. We provide a towel.

How long is a session and how many will I need?

Usually 45 minutes, or 30 if you prefer. For back and neck pain 6 to 10 sessions are often enough; after a joint replacement it's usually more.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes, after surgery or if you're not mobile – in districts 6, 7 and 8. For a refund, "home visit" must be noted on the referral.

What if I need to cancel?

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. We charge for appointments not cancelled in time, as we can't fill them at short notice.
