Do I own the website afterwards?

Yes. Content, texts, photos and the domain are yours. If you ever switch, you take everything with you.

Do I need the CMS?

If you often want to change hours, holidays or team info yourself: yes. Otherwise the package without CMS is enough – send us changes by email, e.g. with the content service.

Do I have to write the texts myself?

No. Bullet points on services and team are enough – we turn them into clear texts for your patients.

How long until launch?

Usually 3 to 7 days – depending on how quickly texts and photos are ready.

Can I cancel hosting or add-ons?

Add-ons can be cancelled monthly. Hosting runs as long as the website is online – if you move, we help you migrate.

Is the website GDPR-compliant and allowed under medical advertising rules?

Technically yes: no cookies, no tracking, maps only after consent. We follow the Medical Chamber’s advertising guideline – factual, no sensational promises. The legal notice and privacy policy come from you or your legal advisor.

Which languages are possible?

German and English are included. Add Turkish, Croatian, Polish, Russian and more – each with its own URLs so Google finds them.

Legal matters: data protection and advertising rules

Healthcare professions face stricter rules than other industries. Your website uses no cookies or tracking, and external services such as maps only load after consent. For the content, we follow the advertising guideline of the Austrian Medical Chamber: factual, with no promises of cure and no sensational wording.

For psychologists, we leave out client testimonials and reviews, as their professional guidelines require.

Technology you don’t have to worry about

Hosting, updates, backups and the SSL certificate are covered by the monthly fee. You don’t need your own server or any IT know-how.

Your website belongs to you: if you ever switch, you take your text, photos and domain with you.

Can I keep my existing domain?

Yes. Your existing domain is pointed to the new website. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll register one for you.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. The build is a one-off service, and add-ons can be cancelled monthly. Hosting runs for as long as your website is online with us.

Do you also build websites for private and non-contracted doctors?

Yes. Whether you have contracts with the public insurance funds, work as an elective doctor (Wahlarzt) or run a purely private practice, we state insurance and billing clearly so patients know where they stand.
