  • ACL rehab

From the first days after surgery all the way to competition – following current guidelines with clear milestones.

  • Running analysis

Treadmill video analysis plus strength and mobility tests – for less pain and a more efficient running style.

  • Return-to-sport testing

Hop tests, strength measurements and side-to-side comparisons show objectively when your knee, ankle or shoulder is ready again.

  • Exercise therapy

Individual strength training in our training area – with a plan you can continue at home or at the gym.

  • Manual therapy & soft tissue

Joint mobilisation, trigger point and soft tissue techniques for tightness, overuse and restricted movement.

  • Shockwave & laser

As an add-on for stubborn tendon problems such as Achilles, patellar tendon or tennis elbow.

Focus areas

Complaints we treat

A selection of the topics we can help you with.

  • ACL tear

Before and after surgery – or managed without surgery.

  • Meniscus & cartilage injuries

Loading that protects and strengthens the knee.

  • Runner's knee & shin splints

Finding the cause instead of just prescribing rest.

  • Ankle sprains

Stability and balance so it holds up next time.

  • Tendon problems

Achilles, patellar tendon, tennis and golfer's elbow.

  • Muscle injuries

Strains and tears – a structured return to full load.

  • Shoulder instability

After dislocation or surgery – for climbing, throwing and contact sports.

  • Groin pain

Common in football and ice hockey – targeted strength for adductors and core.

  • Back pain in athletes

Building capacity for skiing, cycling and rowing.

How it works

From first assessment to your goal

  1. Step 1

    Referral & appointment

Book online, by phone or email with your doctor's referral – after surgery usually within a few days.

  2. Step 2

    Assessment & tests

We discuss your injury, sport and goals, and measure mobility, strength and stability.

  3. Step 3

    Therapy & training

Treatment and training in the practice, plus an exercise programme in an app for home.

  4. Step 4

    Back to sport

The return-to-sport test shows when you're ready – with a report for your doctor and coach.

„Nine months after my ACL surgery I was back on the pitch – with test results that took away my fear. Without Lukas I wouldn't have stuck with it like that.“
